What you get in writing before any payment
- A written agreement first — scope, named dates, fees, refund and penalty terms — signed before any money moves.
- A real invoice from the registered business, paid to an account in the business's name. If any office in this market asks you to pay a personal wallet, walk away — including if it were us.
- Named, checkable steps: the academy, the filings and the dates are named in your agreement, so you can confirm each one independently as it happens.
- The paper trail as it appears: official receipts — such as the homologación volante — are forwarded to the family the moment they exist. You hold the proof, not us.
Five questions to ask any office — including this one
- What is your registered legal name and tax number, and where can I look it up myself?
- Will you sign a written agreement with named dates and named penalties before I pay anything?
- Is the invoice issued by a registered business, and paid to an account in that business's name?
- Will you put in writing what happens if the visa is refused or the recognition is denied?
- Can you promise me a university seat or a visa? (The only correct answer is no. Those decisions belong to universities, ministries and consulates — no office controls them.)
